 Months of hard work really paid off when all the dancers and cheerleaders performed in the 14th Annual Show at The Leas Cliff Hall on Sunday 15th June. With the theme this year being A Tribute to Film and TV there were many well known classics for the audience to enjoy from Bob The Builder, Winnie The Pooh, and LazyTown for the younger dancers to Strictly Ballroom, Billy Elliott and St Trinians for the more senior pupils. The Show finished with a breath holding display by the Junior and Senior Cheerleading Squads who, had worked so hard to develop their stunts and perfect their motions for the big night. There was also some sadness as CJ's said "Goodbye" to some senior pupils who have danced with the school since pre-school. One of them Kirsty Innes will be studying dance at Middx University, while Christopher will be moving to the Royal Ballet School in Sept to pursue his dream of being a professional ballet dancer. CJ's wish them all good luck in their future careers. Everyone worked so hard to make the show run so smoothly so a BIG THANK YOU to all teachers and backstage helpers for their fantastic help both on the night and in the months leading up to the show.
