Pupils of CJs once again shone in their examinations recently taken at the school.

The first exam session of 2009 was hugely successful with 71 pupils taking various awards from Baby Mimes, to Classical Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz and Medals.

The pupils excelled themselves and a total of 48 Distinctions, 10 Merits, 12 Honours and 1 Commended were awarded to pupils, who, ranged in age from 3 to 15 years old.

The examiner Miss Emma Hillyer was extremely impressed with the school giving a centre score of 99% thus far exceeding the BTDA requirements in all areas assessed including, technical standard, organisation and facilities on offer, thus a "Centre of Excellence" being awarded to CJs once again.

This is a fantastic way to start 2009 so congratulations to everyone and well done for working so hard.
